We tailor the syllabus according
to our students.
For that we have to keep on trying new things, test the efficiency of those
things, keep the most efficient things, and discard the things which do not
work. When we get a new student, we start designing the syllabus from scratch.
We learn what type of syllabus works with each student.
There's no one "best syllabus". It varies from person to person. Only after you know the level of your audience, can the teaching strategy be decided. Generally learners are divided into three categories:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advance
Spoken English can be best learnt through listening to
people speaking correct English and then speaking the same way when you have a
conversation with people. It's all about close observation with a zeal to
learn. Good listening skills will help you the most!
